Platinum Members can attend ALL Office hours via Zoom (access to our weekly Zoom link located in the announcement section of your platinum GRO membership).
Non-Members can only participate on the first and third Tuesday of the month through our PUBLIC FB page HERE.

Closed Caption will be available on these videos AND they include a new search feature that allows you to search key terms and phrases in each video and across all videos, allowing you to jump right to the part in the Office Hours where we address that topic.
There is a NEW designated space called 'Office Hours - Replay Videos' in your Platinum Workspace.
Please allow up to 48 hours for us to upload the Replay to your Workspace and add Closed Caption. The Replay videos will not expire.
If you are currently a GRO Platinum Plan member...
You will get access to the replay videos in your Workspace. You can use the search feature directly under the video to search terms or phrases to see if your question has already been answered. If you want to search for a topic inside an individual video, use the small search icon in the top right cover of the individual video.
